We want you to love your Brimlight. If you are not completely happy, you can return it within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
How to start a return
- Contact us through our contact page with your order number.
- We reply within 1–2 business days with the return address and instructions.
- Send the item back in its original packaging, with all accessories.
Items must be returned in clean, resaleable condition. Unless the item arrived faulty or damaged, return postage is paid by the customer.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged or stops working, contact us within 90 days with a photo or short video and we will send a free replacement or a full refund, including postage.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights, including your right to cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery under UK consumer law.
