Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Delivery time

Standard tracked delivery to the United Kingdom takes 5–8 business days after dispatch. Delivery may take longer during peak periods such as Black Friday and Christmas.

Shipping costs

Free tracked shipping on orders over £40. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. If your tracking has not updated for 5 business days, please reach out through our contact page and we will look into it.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel has not arrived 15 business days after dispatch, contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
